Formed in 1979 as a privately owned and operated real estate development company, Havens Development Corp. became RENY Management, Inc. dba Havens Group, having completed developments throughout NY State, Connecticut and Texas.


The Watertown holdings are operated by Rob Havens in close coordination with Samuel May who functions as Property Manager.  We are a small company with Job 1 being to keep our residents as comfortable and happy as possible.
